Happy Birthday to ME!

Lol. Today is my birthday, and I have the day off!!! I am spending it with my Mom, we're going to be out and about all day, so goodness knows what I will be eating... To at least start the day off right, I had this:



It's one egg, scrambled in the microwave, then I folded in a slice of american cheese. YUM!!! Only 130 calories (70 in the egg and 60 in the cheese) and 10 grams of protein. I am comletely satisfied! YUM

As for myself, I am now 4 days from being 10 months out and I feel really great, well except for my cramps (TOTM). Blech, what a way to ruin a day. LOL. Oh well, it's life.

I am wearing a hippy shirt that puffs out a bit. I like it anyhow.

I am back!

Sorry for the lull in my postings, I have been given an opportunity at work that I am very happy to have, it's just been a little stressful getting used to, but I am feeling pretty comfortable now.

Anywho, here's what I have been eating lately:

Breakfast: protein shake, today was chocolate banana.
sn: Yogurt with fruit
Lunch: Steamed veggies and a gorton's fish filet
sn: Deli turkey and cheese
S: Tonight I had a slice of veggie pizza and some sliced cucumbers
sn: It will be sugar free pudding with whipped cream

So, I think it's pretty good. High protein, low carb for the most part. The place we got the pizza from makes it with a pretty thin crust, so not to bad. Plus, I didn't have any other bread today.

Ok, I am fine, all of my tests came back fine, I do not have liver cancer, cirrosis or anything like that, thank goodness!!! Actually, my liver is LESS fatty than before the surgery! YAY! Just want to put everyone's mind at ease, I will start posting again soon, I promise, just don't have access to my computer as much as usual since my finance's computer crashed... Yeah, that's life and his business is a lot of online! Sorry guys, love you and will post food soon! :)
