So this morning I whipped up another shake, nothing too different. It's chocolate raspberry. I made mine with a cup of 1% milk, a scoop of the dessert chocolate fudge protein, two splenda, a half cup frozen raspberries and two tbsp of sf raspberry syrup. Yum yum!!

ReplyDeleteReally??? Did you try the Body Fortress Protein they sell at wal-mart? I normally use that because it's tasty and really inexpensive. I got this kind at a going out of business sale, otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought it. It's really good though, you get what you pay for.
